Hello, welcome to my website.

You are probably doing some research about the company named Now Lifestyle and you want to know whether this would a good opportunity for you.
As per the name of the company it says that you can join a great lifestyle system with the best support.

I am not sure how far you have gone with the Now Lifestyle (nowlifestyle.com) research, but most likely you have noticed that it is presented as a great business opportunity and this is the right time to join.

Is it really the best time to join the NSL (meaning spring 2020)?
We have found that in late 2018 there were some issues among the top management.

Isn’t this too early? I mean internal problems occurred only less than 2 years after the company was found.
Is there something wrong with the NSL?

Is Now Lifestyle a Scam?

Now Lifestyle Summary

Now Lifestyle is a company that works as a mixture of MLM and Affiliate Marketing.
They sell work out plans and health supplements, and also some high ticket programs.

Now Lifestyle (NSL) has been founded in 2017 so it is still a new company. The problem is that the top earners started to leave the NSL in late 2018 due to some issues with the CEO.
They may have a good program and good products, but having the NSL as a primary source of income is not a good idea.

If you are interested in the internet marketing part, I will leave a link at the end of this post, where you can learn more.

(In case you don’t want to read any further you can actually check the link right away. It is about probably the best internet marketing platform, teaching affiliate marketing).

What Is Now Lifestyle?

Now Lifestyle (or NLS) is a mix of Multi-Level Marketing and Affiliate marketing company that promotes health and fitness products. Is Now Lifestyle a Scam
It was founded in February 2017 and the headquarters is in Shertz, Texas.

The members of the NFL sell services that the company offers and invite people to join the Now LifeStyle.

What I really like about the Now Lifestyle is that it uses also online marketing, which is a kind of new thing within the MLM industry.

Now Lifestyle has also an affiliate program, so probably have already seen some promotional video.

Who Is Behind?

The founder of NLS is Joel Therien.
He has experience with other companies, as a founder.

To mention a few:
Got Backup, Pure Leverage, or 7 Minute Workout.

Besides these companies, Joel runs also a web hosting company called Global Virtual Opportunities ( or GVO).
Both companies are located in the same building, that is why in the picture above you see the logo GVO and not the Now Lifestyle.

It has been changed by now, so at that building, there is a new logo already.

Nevertheless,
The Now Lifestyle is owned by the GVO. That is the official information, in case you are wondering what relationship between these two companies is.

Now Lifestyle has been around 2017, as I already mentioned.
In late 2018, some top earners decided to leave, and others started to promote other companies as well. We will check the reasons why this was happening.

It seems, that as a result of that, currently (meaning in the beginning of 2020) Now Lifestyle is changing the approach and it is going to focus more on the Affiliate Marketing, than before.
In fact is has slightly changed the name, and it is not called Now Lifestyle 2.0.

Is the Now Lifestyle Pyramid Scheme?

This is a common question when it comes to any MLM. And It is a valid question, I admit.

The NLS is not a pyramid scheme.
We know they the company offers services and product so technically we can’t call it that way. Besides, it has launched a new program for their members, that provides them with tools on how to promote using affiliate marketing.

People earning commission from sales, so their income does not depend solely on recruiting.
Although that plays a big role when it comes to income.

Sure, you may say, every MLM is partially pyramid scheme, but here is a simple checklist of how to find out that we deal with an outright pyramid scheme:

Is Now Lifestyle a Scam

So it is not the case with Now Lifestyle.
Later we will see that there are other issues that probably will bother you as a potential NSL future distributor.

Who Is Now Lifestyle for?

People interested in a healthy lifestyle and those who love to work out, always seek out new opportunities on how to make their training better, how to live even healthier. Is Now Lifestyle a Scam

And they are not afraid to try new things.
It is their passion.
And when there is an opportunity to start making money from the service and products they use, they probably take the chance.

This is probably also for people working in gyms and they meet a lot of people every day.

Now, with launching with Now Lifestyle 2.0 this is also an opportunity for people interested in affiliate marketing, and email marketing and how to promote the product.

What Is the Price To Join?

Since the NSL was introduced (back in 2017) they changed the price at least twice.

I don’t want to go too much into details what and why it changed in the last 2 years, rather let’s take a look at the current package they offer.

First of all, you have a trial period that costs $1 and lasts 14 days.
You have two options to choose from:

Gold and Platinum.

You see there are differences between the number of landing pages and website builders and how many contacts you can have in your email autoresponder.

Briefly to each feature:

1. Email Autoresponder

You can set up a bunch of emails that you can send out to people who are on your list.
Sure you need to first collect the emails. It is called email marketing and it is still a very powerful method.

2. Landing Page Builder

When people land on your website you want to have a clean website (or landing page) where the visitors will feel good and know where to click. So you can have more customers.

3. Website Builder

You need to have your personalized website that looks unique.
With a website builder offered by Now Lifestyle, you can drag and drop from dozens of templates that are available for you.

4. HD Video Sharing

You can create videos with great streaming quality. Share them on your website and blogs. There won’t be any ads so your viewers will be focused on the content you have created for them

5. Live Conference Room

You can host a meeting, live streaming, or live chat with your customers and prospects.

6. Affiliate Reseller Program

It is said that with the NSL affiliate program your commission is up to 100%.
It will be explained more in the compensation plan video.

Basically your commission is 50% on your direct sales and an additional 50% is like a matching bonus on earning from your direct referrals.
In other words, the commission for you is only 50% in case you don’t have any referrals.

What Do People Say About the Company?

Now Lifestyle is a new company. We know by now that it was founded in 2017.

There are not many comments in the reviews webpages, however, there are some interesting things I was able to find out.

According to my research in late 2018 some of the top leaders started to leave the Now Lifestyle.
That is not a good sign.

As one of the former top earner claims, his check was going down and at the same time, the teams were growing.
Does not make any sense, does it?

Apparently the CEO in late 2018 was cutting down the commissions. Some of the former members claim that his back office was locked and the commission went straight to the CEO.

You can watch the entire video of former member explaining why he left the Now Lifestyle:

If you don’t have an hour for the entire video here is what it says.

And Let’s talk numbers:
In 2017 people were making money.
Please note that this is about the top earner and not the members who are at the bottom.
Top leaders at this time were having about 800 people within the team.

He as a top earner was making about $13,000 to $15,000 per month, with that team of about 800 members in his down line.

About a year later, in 2018 this guy’s team almost doubled and he has about 1,500 people.
His income? – about $7,000 per month!

So what happened?

The CEO has introduced a new VIP program, which was probably beneficial for beginners where the cost for the membership was only $10, instead of the original $50!
So that is why all the commission went down.

A bit later his team had 2,500 people and his income was down to $3,000 per month.

Is Now Lifestyle a Scam

And money was not the only concern.

Apparently, the top management introduced new tools and Software so people can increase their sales.
For that, they hired external companies.

At least in 3 cases, when the project was about to be launched, the CEO dropped the projects, and he cut off the communication with these suppliers.

What is the reason?
It is difficult to say.

My concern?

In my opinion, there is a high risk that sooner or later the rules will change within the Now Lifestyle 2.0 as well, and the income of current members can decrease significantly
And that is not the only point.
It really seems the CEO is not a person who sticks with what is planned.

With such an attitude a person loses partners and employees, and who wants to work in such an uncertain environment?

It is really a shame since the idea looks promising (I mean the Affiliate Marketing introduced within an MLM company).
What is missing though, is to get the plan in the final stage – to make things happen.
And that is why even the top earners started to leave.

Some of them started to promote other’s company products just to make an extra income.

It affects all the downlines as well.

Having said that, let’s look at the history of the CEO -> Too many companies in such a short period of time…

Compensation Plan or Financial Rewards Plan

Usually, compensation plans are pretty difficult to comprehend entirely among all of the MLM. What is explained there, is mostly what money you can make, and bonus you may receive as you climb the rankings.

What is usually neglected is the requirements on how to climb and how to really make the money or commission.

The Now LifeStyle compensation plan seems to be more understandable, so we can take a look at the video.

How Much Can You Make with Now Lifestyle?

The MLM companies heavily rely on recruitment, even they claim otherwise. At the end of the day, the money is in recruitment, otherwise, people losing money.

What I find cool about the NSL is the affiliate marketing part.
You are provided with the tools and you truly can operate as an internet marketer.

This is kind of a new thing, and the NSL so far has not issued the Income Disclosure, so there is no data to show you how regular NSL sellers are doing.

Can People Lose Money?

Most people lose money with MLM.

If you take a look at the official FTC data, you see that 99% of people involved with MLM lose money. That includes MLM giants, like Amway, Mary Kay or Tranont.

Fortunately, the NSL (Now LifeStyle) is not a typical MLM and people can earn money as internet marketers.

It is important to mention that also many internet marketers are not as successful as they appear to be.
A learning curve can be steep and without proper training, one can spend years of trial and error until he sees consistent income.

Watch out for Paid Traffic

Paid traffic can be “dangerous” and know it from experience.

People pay for the advertisement, but hey don’t get the money back.
Meaning people clicking on those ads don’t convert well.

The thing with internet marketing (or affiliate marketing where I am involved) is that people especially beginners, want to see the result, immediately so they pay for the traffic to see visitors to their website.

The problem is, that they don’t know how to set the ad.

It is a bit more complicated than just adding an ad with KW, and hoping that someone will join his or her team.

That is why I recommend starting with organic/free traffic.

How to do that?
There are certain steps, some tricks, and methods (and according to white hat SEO), but it requires time.
That is a disadvantage.

But for those of you who are persistent and patience, there is alight at the end of the tunnel:

Is Now Lifestyle a Scam

This is all free traffic, I mean it did not cost a dime.
It is just content creation with applied knowledge ( Source where I have learned the SEO stuff).

Is Now Lifestyle a Scam?

No, it is not.

This is a legitimate company and it is not an ordinary MLM either.

Their approach is innovative, they realize that the internet is the best place to promote their product and services.

With the package you buy, you also get useful tools.

If you are interested in this niche, you can give it a try.

What bugs me though, is the uncertainty of the top management.

We have seen it once, and having the history of the CEO in mind, it is possible that some major changes will happen within a year or 15 months.

Where To Go From Here?

You want to have a website with a great hosting service and you want to learn how to drive free traffic. My recommendation is to take advantage of a platform that has been around for more than 15 years. A platform that teaches how to get free traffic and where the number of members still grows.

Then the next step (and at this stage it finally becomes interesting) is to monetize the traffic.

Easy to say, I know.
You want to learn some new skills, and in my experience, there is one platform that can teach you that. You can check this article where I describe what is this educational platform all about.

And let me be clear right at the beginning.

It is not for free. Education costs money, I believe we agree on that.

The price is about $500 per year (or $50 per month).
That is still cheaper than the NSL, right?

And you can test it out for free. Yes, they have also a free trial, but it does not cost anything and you can join the platform just with your email.

What I like About Now Lifestyle

  • A mixture of MLM and affiliate marketing
  • Tools and platform the NSL provides
  • Good training and support

What I Don’t Like About Now Lifestyle

  • Spending money on traffic
  • Uncertain Future of Now Lifestyle version 2.0
  • Still need to recruit others to join your team

Some Thoughts at the End – Conclusion

Lifestyle and healthy products are ever-green niches.
But would I Jon Now Lifestyle as a primary source of my income?

I would not, especially because of the uncertain moves of the CEO.

The story the former members were telling is backed by the history of Joel – having started so many companies and many of them were not sustainable.

Having said that, it is not a good opportunity in the long run.

Especially in this uncertain time, you want to be a partner with a company that has been around for at least 15 years and still growing.

So let me know your opinion – what do you think about Now Lifestyle?
Or do you have experience with similar MLM?

  1. Hello Mike! I must commend your sincerity in reviewing this site and carefully explaining in detail how it works. This the first real review about the Now Lifestyle.

it’s not a bad idea to sign up for it especially because it allows one to work as an internet marketer. But on the other hand, the risk of losing money is pretty high. Also The recruitment part well probably scare many people off.

    Thanks!

    • Hey, and thanks a lot for your support.

Yeah – the MLM part on New Lifestyle is probably a dealbreaker.

Generally, this is not a good business opportunity especially for people who want t do it full time.

  2. This is a great article, Now lifestyle is a legit organization and not a scam. The issue with management may discourage a wide range of people. Joining an organization where the destination is not certain is risky. They have good packages but no clearly defined goals. I would rather invest on other online business.

Thanks for sharing this with me.

    • That’s right. Now Lifestyle is not a scam but as you mentioned, not a platform that is worthy of investing either.

Regarding the leadership, I think the former Joel’s associate sums it up quite accurately.
There are certainly better opportunities out here, whether starting with e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.

If you have any questions regarding the online business, let me know.
Have a great rest of a week,
      Mike
