they have changed the name, and also the domain, but in principle, it is still the same scheme.

The thing is you have to stay in the game for 600 days in order to get the 300% return. <\/p>\n\n\n\n There are other ways how to generate income with HyperFund and that is recruiting. The founders of HyperFund have a shady history – meaning they already were involved in Ponzi Scheme(s) that have collapsed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Now, concerning the HyperFund there are several warnings issued, by the Indian Government, New Zealand, and the UK. Therefore it is recommended to stay away from HyperFund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The SEC has charged HyperFund founder Xue Lee (Sam Lee) and promoter Brenda Chunga (Bitcoin Beautee) for operating a $1.7 billion fraudulent crypto pyramid scheme that ran from 2020 to early 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The scheme promised high returns from supposed crypto mining operations, but had no real revenue source other than funds from new investors, ultimately collapsing in 2022 when investors could no longer withdraw their money. <\/p>\n\n\n\n While Chunga has agreed to settle the charges and pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud in a parallel criminal case, Lee’s charges will be litigated in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Source: In case you are interested in trading, you can check how Forex Signal<\/a> Works, Now called HowToTrade; <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n As the name suggests, this is a fund. So if you have extra money you want to invest, this might be a good opportunity since they offer a higher return than regular banks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In fact, you are told to get a 300% return in less than 2 years. 600 days to be exact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Is it possible? <\/p>\n\n\n\n Apparently, this company has created a decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem for digital currency users. These are just basic information available on their website, but how it really works we are going to find out in a bit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Also, I want to mention that HyperFund operates as an MLM type of business, using a uni-level structure. <\/p>\n\n\n With that being said, there should be another opportunity within the company how to make some extra income. <\/p>\n\n\n\n So you as a member need to recruit a new person that goes below yourself – that is your downline. This structure can go 20 levels deep…<\/p>\n\n\n\n Back in 2014, Ryan Xu founded a company called HyperTech Group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr. Ryan Xu appears to be a successful investor and entrepreneur dealing with Blockchain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Research shows that Mr. Xu has been involved in pyramid schemes before. However. HyperCapital was shut down. With such a history, are we to believe that HyperFund is going to last longer? To become a member, it is necessary to pay at least 300 HU (roughly $300). Note: Apparently, within 2 days after you pay for the membership, you are going to receive profit on autopilot at a rate of 0.5% per day. This means you buy 1,000 HU and your reward is 3,000 HU. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Sounds awesome, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n And that’s not all. You can have as many packages as you want; Then these rewards can be exchanged for the cryptocurrency that is available on the HyperFund platform. This might have sounded a little bit complicated, but making 300% on initial investment sounds awesome, right? <\/p>\n\n\n\n If this sounds too good to be true, then please pay attention to the section – How Does HyperFund Work? As already mentioned they use a uni-level system. So it is you and you share this opportunity with others. They become your downline as it is shown in the image below:<\/p>\n\n\n You receive rewards from each member that is below you. The compensation plan is usually very complicated, at least at first sight. The more people you recruit, the more rewards you receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Some MLMs have 7 levels, some 9, but 20 levels as in the HyperFund case are a lot. If we apply this “equation” to an example of having 3 members – then we get close to 3.5 Billion people. That’s why this business model is forbidden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n These numbers always look great on paper, but the reality is different. And one more thing regarding the rewards: You can log in to the HyperFund back office for free. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The entire back office is made for mobile phones, but it is possible to navigate on a desktop as well. To start “playing the game”, you need to buy one of the packages. Once you paid, your membership becomes active. <\/p>\n\n\n\n It is possible to buy the same package as many times as you want. Let’s say you pay a certain package and you start getting rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The withdrawal is not that simple; Why does it have to be so complicated? <\/p>\n\n\n\n Besides, let’s take a look at a graph showing the volatility of the MOF: <\/p>\n\n\n This, to me, is very risky, and unpredictable and I would even call it gambling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Besides, having the history of the founders in mind, one must ask a question: <\/p>\n\n\n\n Is there a real market with capital appreciation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Research shows that there is no proof of HyperFund being engaged in trading activity! <\/p>\n\n\n\n Just let’s step back and try to see the whole picture. It is like playing roulette, and I believe you have more chances to make a profit playing roulette than investing with HpyerFunds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Well, maybe there are not exactly “legal” issues with HyperFund. Not Yet. But there are already major red flags. <\/p>\n\n\n\n And here is the list, very briefly;<\/p>\n\n\n\n There are more and more warnings, so it is a reason to be careful about this company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n First of all, let’s check the typical sign of pyramid schemes.<\/p>\n\n\n Well, we know that HyperFund has no products to sell. In order to multiply your income, you need to build your team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Let’s face it. On top of that, they don’t show any portfolio of companies where they allegedly invest. Is it really based on the theory that the value of some cryptocurrency increase over a period of time? Just purchase a bitcoin and wait. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Again, based on the history of the founders, and the signs we have mentioned above, I don’t recommend investing in HyperFund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Despite the facts we have mentioned above, it seems that there are still a ton of people that want to get in. I don’t blame them, the concept of quick money is appealing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Here we see how many people still visit their website and as of this writing (November 2021), the number of visits rises: <\/p>\n\n\n The majority of visitors come from the USA, Italy, the UK, South Africa, and Germany. Mr. Xu as the founder of HyperFund targets mostly the western population. Especially with the promise of 200-300% ROI, without any effort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n But at the same time, whenever seems too good to be true, then it surely is. <\/p>\n\n\n\n So don’t fall for it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n There are tons of complaints. And in many cases, people are ashamed to acknowledge that they were scammed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In many reviews, people point to their family members saying that they were scammed (sometimes we tend to talk about our mistakes in 3rd person, but that’s OK \ud83d\ude42 ). And sure there are also positive reviews. F.e. on Trustpilot. <\/p>\n\n\n People leaving excellent ratings, are people that have already “invested”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n But there are also very negative reviews: <\/p>\n\n\n Even though the excellent ones are more than 80%, it would make sense to check the negative ones as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I checked the Trustpilot review at the beginning of April 2022 and I was not surprised to see the following: <\/p>\n\n\n So it has been proven that there are a lot of fake reviews. Also, have you noticed that there were 541 reviews back in November 2021? With that being said, almost 400 reviews were fake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And we know by now, that the website hyperfund-global.com doesn’t exist anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As a rule of thumb, every investment is risky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n And that applies to legitimate companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Let alone a company with a shady history (or the founder with a shady history). <\/p>\n\n\n\n Think twice before you invest your hard-earned money.
